About your Role:You will work in the community with clients ages 18 and older with severe mental illness diagnoses. You will manage a caseload of 35-50 clients, shared with other team members, conducting five 30 minute counseling sessions daily. This position works a week on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks, with most situations handled via phone.

What we're looking for:
- Louisiana licensed as CSW, LMSW, LCSW, BACS, PLPC, LPC, or LPC-S, in good standing
- Valid state driver's license in good standing
