Contract to Hire Opportunity For An Experienced SDR! **Flexible Hours, Work from anywhere in the US.**


$865 per week + commission


We are seeking candidates nationwide for this remote opportunity.

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Contract-to-Hire


We are looking for an experienced Sales or Business Development Representative (SDR or BDR) to join our team! This is a contract-to-hire-position. 


The SDR is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs don’t focus on closing business, but on connecting with as many leads as possible, determining if they’re the right fit for our services, and setting up discovery calls for our Account Executives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the Worthwhile market segments.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Leverage digital and traditional platforms to maximize outreach and drive meaningful conversations, ultimately converting interest into tangible support for Worthwhile's offerings.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, authority, and timeline to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.


Role Expectations

  • Attain a monthly quota of booking quality discovery calls for Account Executives


Qualifications

Must-Have SDR or BDR experience.


It would be REALLY great if you have:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or marketing, preferably in custom software and services.
  • Proficient in multi-channel engagement strategies, adept at capturing and sustaining audience interest to effectively communicate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • At least an intermediate level in using Google Suite of products.
  • The ability to take direction and feedback well and continuously push to improve yourself.
  • Experience selling consulting, custom software, or data analytics services.
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce.


Salary Range:

$865 per week + commission based on discovery calls booked and completed.
