Therapist-Assertive Community Treatment Program

Job Summary
Ozark Center's ACT team is seeking a full-time therapist to provide mental health services for individuals and families enrolled in the ACT program that are impacted by a variety of behavioral health concerns related to mental health diagnoses. Therapist assesses strengths, needs, and interests as it applies to mental health treatment, including individual and group therapy, add mental health treatment goals/objectives/interventions to treatment plans and accurately documents progress via progress notes. Therapist provides cross-training and consultation to the treatment team about severe and persistent mental health disorders, trauma, and cognitive behavioral interventions for any client interested in mental health treatment. Must be licensed in the state of Missouri as LMSW/LCSW or PLPC/LPC. EOE M/F/H/V
