ourlinQ is looking for a Sales Development Representative I to be a part of a small team and help take them to the next level.
Position Type: Temporary (6 months) After 6 months the SDR I may be promoted to a permanent SDR II position at the discretion of the management team.
Organizational Relationships: Effectively communicate and coordinate with the Director of Sales and sales team.
Primary Responsibilities: In your role as Sales Development Representative I (SDR I) you will be part of our growing team by performing the functions and duties listed below:
- Research and identify high-potential leads, convert opportunities, and connect with customers large and small over the phone and via email.
- Own and build a sales pipeline by working collaboratively with Account Executive and Sales Director
- Working with a performance-focused sales team that rewards success, learns from failures, and continuously strives to be better every single day
- Qualify and nurture new leads into revenue through well planned and executed efforts
- Prioritize and organize day-to-day activities to ensure all sales quota and management objectives are met
- Manage and track leads via CRM/Hubspot while maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Achieve quarterly quotas + daily KPI’s
Other
Experience & Certifications Required:
- A High School Degree or equivalent relevant business experience
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly competitive with a strong desire to succeed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling in software
- Sales experience
- Tech-savvy willing to learn new tools
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
Occasional travel by car to events or team meetings may be required
