This position will be based in Boise, ID or Salt Lake City, UT and requires regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sites may be required as needed.

Your role will involve vibrant communication with our wholesaler and distributor management teams, inspiring the execution of chain priorities and programs. With a hands-on approach, you'll conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and drive performance across all Customer Development accounts in your region. By implementing best practice philosophies and developing revenue and profit growth objectives, you'll ensure Gallo's continuous improvement and market dominance. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You'll work closely with Category Management to analyze market trends, forecast sales data, and identify business opportunities. Your ability to develop compelling presentations, manage corporate resources effectively, and engage with various levels of the customer's organization will be crucial in securing new item distribution and growing Gallo's business across multiple platforms. What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of E. & J. Gallo Winery Sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of CPG sales/account management, retail sales/account management, or corporate business development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of E. & J. Gallo Winery Sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of CPG sales/account management, retail sales/account management, or corporate business development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Candidates for this position must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Required to obtain a California driver’s license or appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
- Required to obtain Liquor License as required by state/locality.
- Required to travel by air and automobile up to 50% during the course of business.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of Gallo winery or distributor sales or Customer Development experience to include a prior rotation as a Business Development Manager, Market Development Manager Sr, or Account Manager 2; OR Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of external alcohol sales experience to include account management experience.
- Gallo account management or project analyst experience.
- Skilled in communication, project management and analysis.
Compensation:
- Hiring salary range posted: $97,020 - $153,710 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
