Job summary:
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative within Aumni, you will play a crucial role in managing inbound interests across several teams, including sales, channel, BD, and marketing. You will engage with inbound leads, effectively route referrals to Aumnias sales team, and collaborate with Account Executives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos. You will also have the opportunity to lead outreach campaigns to develop and execute prospecting that will help initiate relationships with potential Aumni customers. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and high-pressure environment, and requires a creative and ambitious mindset, deep intellectual curiosity, and a motivation to improve the state of private capital markets.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage inbound lead generation by engaging with prospects who reach out to Aumni directly through demo requests, marketing campaigns, & other forms of general interest
- Work with other teams (both inside Aumni & other JPM lines of business) to effectively route referrals to Aumni's sales team
- Collaborate with AE's to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos
- Work closely with Account Executives to assist in closing qualified opportunities, and ultimately achieve sales targets (aka execute effective strategies and see deals through to completion)
- Use & update Aumni's CRM to manage leads and sales activities
- Routing & managing inbound lead generation,while also leading outreach campaigns to develop and execute prospecting that will help initiate relationships with potential Aumni customers. This outbound strategy involves designing innovative & unique approaches to build interest among the largest VCs in the world
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proven success in a lead generation role
- Creative and ambitious mindset that likes to problem-solve
- Articulate, well-spoken, and a quick learner
- Deep intellectual curiosity and motivation to improve the state of private capital markets
- A background in financial, legal, or accounting services is a plus, more so if within the context of the venture capital industry
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding, and high-pressure environment
- Experience in using CRM systems & prospecting software (i.e. Salesforce, Outreach.io)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is preferred
