SalaryWunderkind is scaling our sales team and hiring a Sales Development Representative. The SDR will support Business Development executives on our Publishers team in penetrating Wunderkind's top target accounts. The SDR role combines research, strategy, and ingenuity in order to roadmap complex organizations and reach their key decision makers. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of emotional intelligence and a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment. This role will sit in our New York City headquarters at the top of the Freedom Tower (One World Trade).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner and support the Publisher Business Development team in building and executing of Account Based Marketing plans through detailed research, implementation of org mapping, and personalized content creation
- Assist the Business Development team in crafting highly customized, multi-channel, persona-based outreach to drive specific interest
- Gain access to key decision makers through fostering client relationships, and by organizing and attending industry specific events
- Act as the conduit between Sales and Marketing
- Ensure continuity of messaging across the full customer sales lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a client facing business development role at a fast growing enterprise SaaS company
- Experience working with publishers is a major plus but not required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, metrics-driven and organized
- Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: enjoys working independently
- Persuasive and compelling - able to communicate on behalf of Wunderkind in formal and informal settings
- Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter with a healthy dose of humility
- Fast learner, multi-tasker who can prioritize and balance multiple projects

The base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $62,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
