Blue Bite is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team.
As an SDR, you'll be the backbone of our growth engine, prospecting for new business and qualifying opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and deliver opportunities to Account Executives.
- Craft compelling messaging to drive awareness, curiosity, and interest.
- Accurately identify key stakeholders and new prospects who fit into our ICP.
- Monitor and track your progress against KPIs.
- Assist with broader sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record (1-3 years) of outbound prospecting success required, preferably in Martech.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly articulate across all channels.
- Always looking to learn, improve, and try new things.
- Driven by a competitive spirit for individual results, but always champion collective success.
- Resourceful and able to think quickly with composure.
