YES? GREAT! Our Design team is looking for a collaborator with a flair for design and project management skills to lead a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexities, and a track record of seeing through the sale in a high profile, dynamic environment.
Well provide:
Training - We have over 850 nationwide Designers and are expanding here along the Gulf Coast. Paid training (8-10 weeks) as part of 6-month guaranteed salary plus commissions to get you rolling (full commissioned compensation after the first 6-months)

Resources We generate most of the leads for you, at least initially until you build a book of business over time. A team of professionals to complete the project

Healthy Compensation package Performance based compensation, commission and bonuses (Minimum guaranteed $600 per week for first 6 months draw against commission)

Qualifications:

• Outside sales experience with commission structure and a proven track record of setting and hitting goals
  
• Interior Design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home dcor
  
• Dependable Vehicle & Valid Drivers License to commute to customers homes for appointments (We pay travel stipend per Client)
  
• Ability to kneel and stoop for on-site measuring with measuring tools
  
• Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at a time
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team
  
• Experience with computer software and ability to learn CAD Programs
