OVERVIEW:


Lucky Lincoln Gaming is seeking a detail oriented Sales Database Analyst to become an integral part of our sales and business development team! The individual who fills this role will become the subject matter expert on all 8000 gaming locations throughout the state. Utilizing publicly available information, you will add to our company’s CRM and work on coordinating in person meetings with the various location owners for our company’s sales agents to meet with. In addition, you will provide market analysis research, and be instrumental in influencing the direction of the company’s business development and relationship management teams.


The successful candidate should expect to proactively reach out to 20+ potential customers a day via various means of communication to generate additional leads to LLG and assist with closing business.


The Sales Data Analyst will join our team with a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure. This opportunity provides the successful candidate with full medical, dental, vision benefits, 401K retirement contributions up to 5%, a company credit card for corporate expenses, a laptop and the opportunity to work in a 60/40 hybrid working environment.


As a Sales Database Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain entire Sales Database/CRM consisting of 8000+ customers in the Illinois terminal operator industry.
  • Become ‘subject matter expert’ on Illinois terminal operator industry including key players, permitted municipalities, industry competitors etc.
  • Proactively source out new business, nurture existing and new relationships, and build out established network of customer base with already licensed locations.
  • Contact prospective customers through all means of communication including phone calls, email communication, social media, conferences etc. with an average of 20 touchpoints a day.
  • Coordinate in person meetings with new prospective businesses for senior team and follow up on sales transactions.
  • Educate new customers on the route gaming industry, and what it is that differentiates LLG from our competitors.
  • Perform research and analysis to target high performing locations for potential new business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Assist relationship/business development team with coordinating business meetings and marketing programs for existing establishments.
  • Managing incoming customer requests.
  • Local and regional travel to new and established customers.

The Sales Database Analyst position is well-suited for you if you possess:

  • Provide best practice sharing and coordinate in market execution/activation drives against key market/account initiatives, new item launches and/or distribution drives.
  • Exhibit a very high sense of urgency, be well organized, possess a great attitude, be a team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented with great communication skills, that can hold other team members accountable.
  • Takes initiative and acts as a business owner.

  • Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate development.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where flexibility, reliability and resourcefulness are key competencies needed for success.


Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field including accounting, finance, or business management preferred, not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development, relationship management or sales role with proven results preferred, not required.
  • Exceptional track record of developing and maintaining business relationships that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) including the ability to conduct quality presentations.
  • Previous CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) experience (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
