Job Description
Aircraft Technology, Inc., (ATI), a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is a FAA/EASA Part 145 Repair Station. Centrally located in Hollywood, FL, ATI overhauls, and repairs aircraft & helicopter, engine hot section components, interior components, and airframe, as well as accessories using a full range of state-of-art equipment to perform Machining, Braze Prep, Plasma Spray, Welding and Non-Destructive Testing processes.
ATI is seeking an Aviation Sales and Customer Service Representative in Hollywood, FL.
ROLE: In this role, you will nurture and build close relationships with client partners within the account while delivering a 5-star customer experience. Key responsibilities include responding to client sales and Customer Service inquiries, status reporting, researching client issues, and resolving account discrepancies.
This will be done by providing support via phone, e-mail, web requests, and through direct customer interactions. This will include responding to quotations received from the client based on contractual pricing agreements, and dynamic pricing methods, coordinating with repair shop personnel to ensure quoted prices are honored and achieved, and providing routine status updates to customers on the status of their in-house repair orders and expected ship dates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned client. Assist with questions and concerns from the client regarding quotes, status updates, estimated ship dates, technical clarification, etc..
- Maintain a strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs.
- Provide detailed status reports for parts and in-house components and provide routine updates to customer and internal departments. For example, provide information and updates for various sales operation and resource systems including ILS, OneAero, and AeroXChange.
- Coordinate workflow processes internally between various departments and personnel.
- Assist with RFP responses that are correct, complete, adhere to specific customer requirements, and depict ATI’s value proposition to meet the proposal terms, conditions, and specifications.
- Assist with identifying and collaborating in contract changes, and coordinate resolution of contract issues internally and, if applicable, with external customers.
- Ensure quotes and contract administration activities are conducted by company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
- Attend routine meetings with internal departments and production personnel to analyze and update workflow priorities; provide recommendations based on customer urgency and contract requirements.
- Effectively monitor backlogs and incoming workloads, providing routine budgeting, forecasting, and comment updating as well as managing the Late Delivery Reports (biweekly).
- Track WIP / commitments from customers and ATI to ensure regular communication on status.
- Resolve PO Discrepancies with Customers - PNs, Prices, Parts Discontinued, Ship To Verification, etc.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university and/or combination of education and experience required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of hands-on Aerospace or Aviation experience required.
- 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service, preferably in the aviation industry, including opportunity qualification for pre-call planning call control account development to time management.
- General knowledge of FAA regulations and guidance preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications.
