Duties:
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders to promote customer satisfaction and retention
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve problems
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as necessary
- Participate in necessary meetings, training, and other sales-related events
- Reaching assigned company quotas
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
