- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school graduate required.
- 2+ years of experience required. Customer service, financial service industry experience preferred.
- Experience working in Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Requires good problem solving, organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, willing to meet same day deadlines, and evaluate and improve processes.
- Work experience related to quality/production-based goals required.
- Basic math, organizational, reading comprehension and interpretation, and computer skills.
