SalaryOffice Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include routine and advanced duties for office personnel, organize files, schedule appointments, handle in/out mail, and offer general staff support. This position will also be the initial point of contact for clients, such as answering phones, greeting clients and will have to relate with people from a wide variety of levels. During tax season, you will collate final returns, scan paperless files, distribute to clients who will pick up returns, and answer client questions as you are able.
QuickBooks, and Word experience is needed.
Pleasant personality, good work ethic, dependability, and ability to manage your time without supervision are requirements for success in this position.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
