Role Description
We're seeking a full-time on-site Bilingual Sales Representative - Opener/Closer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for screening new potential leads for qualifications; explain our services and enroll them into our program. On average agents close about two deals a day from various inbound and direct marketing campaigns (TV, Radio, digital as well as internet marketing).
Additional Responsibilities - Include but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls from various marketing channels (NO COLD CALLING!)
- Present and sell firm services to new and existing clients
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST, UNLESS you have previous Debt Settlement experience
- Must be willing to learn, be coachable with high energy.
- Experience in a sales position or related customer service job is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Must be strong and be confident on the phones.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational quality, completing tasks, or other sales automation tools such as following up with your pipeline and ensuring it's always filled.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with all confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Goal oriented, Positive attitude and works well with a team!.
- Experience in debt resolution, bankruptcy, or legal industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated - Go Getter! We do not micromanage. We believe in support and holding each other accountable.
Compensation Includes:
- $18 - $20 hourly DOE + Bonus/Commission
- Paid Training

Thomas Kerns McKnight is a bankruptcy attorney and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) with almost 40 years of experience. Mr. McKnight is a multi-faceted expert in matters surrounding finance and debt, new venture finance, and debt forensics. He is known for his skills on contract and leasing dissolution, reversal, conversion, novation, accords, and satisfactions. He is licensed to practice in Arizona, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. McKnight is also a member of the bars of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University (1970) and his Juris Doctor from Ohio State University (1972), where he was an Articles Editor for The Ohio State Law Journal. From 1963 to 1966, he was a U.S. Marine.
