What We Offer:

The Role:

• As a key sales team member, you will drive membership and high-ticket package sales both remotely and through in-person interactions.
• This position demands a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a proven track record of closing sales and territory management.
• Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients through communication and excellent customer service.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to maximize sales revenue.
• Provide accurate information about ticket options, pricing, and availability to customer.
• Process ticket orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for ticket sales.

Experience:

• Proven experience in High Ticket sales in the fitness, beauty, health, and wellness communities.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales progress.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and pricing effectively.
• Experience in account management is a plus.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• High Ticket Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Business Relationship Building: 3 years (Required)
• Fitness, Health, Wellness: 3 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Los Angeles, CA (Required)
