Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

- Bulk orders and send recaps to buyers
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues

- Update buy sheets and send to production teams

- Review account spreadsheets for errors - send out UPCs/Recaps

- Communication with sales team and warehouse and buyers regarding orders

- Review and send past cancels reports and open order reports to buyers

- Follow up with internal departments on samples, ship dates, etc and relay to buyers and sales team

- Data entry on all orders

- Assist in sales calls

- Work directly with internal teams to identify any issues

- Request revised POs/EDIs from buyers when needed

- Run sales reports and open order reports

- Run inventory reports and spreadsheets

- Review on order reports for all accounts to ensure on time delivery

- Work with internal teams to retrieve PP and TOP samples for all orders to send to buyers

- Ensure all buy sheets have the correct information

- Consistent communication with warehouse on late orders, routing, extensions, etc

- Send CADs and photos to buyers upon request

- Previous experience in wholesale sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and strategies
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
