We are currently looking for aSales Application Specialist (m/f/d) – expert in Molecular Biology and Microbiology – based in Madrid. The professional in question will support our Microbiology and Diagnostics division (Daltonics Hain).

• Registration and processing of customer complaints including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, initiation corrective actions
• Training of instruments, software, and test kits (customer laboratories, Bruker site, and as online training/webinar)
• Preparation of training materials, SOPs, technical documents
• Documentation according to quality management systems, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485
• Guidance and support of distributors and end users in Spain and abroad with regard to installation, application and evaluation of Bruker molecular test systems
• Teamwork and company-wide tasks and projects
• Cooperation with the European Technical Support Group in Nehren
• The positions reports into the local side head in Spain
• Primary market for customer support is Spain, international travel can occur when required

• Degree in Science, preferably Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or Medicine
• Practical experience of at least 5 years in Molecular Biology and Microbiology, preferably in Clinic Microbiology
• Commercial experience in the area of at least 2 years
• Very good communication skills, with a clear commercial focus
• Proactive and target oriented
• Meticulous and able to work autonomously
• High level of English and Spanish is required
• High computing skills
• Driving licence B
• Travelling availability
