KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Incident Management Identifies impact and validates priority. Provides technical and functional analysis Provides the solution to users. Identifies and communicates potential workarounds. Informs users on the status of incident processing. Continues from the handling of the incident until its closure.
- Be an active player in the improvement of the team processes. Propose solutions and alternatives to the selected elements to improve and take ownership of delivering those initiatives.
- Be a key resource in the IT compliance standards to ensure all work is done correctly by managing the audit tasks within the team.
- Achieve mastery of at least one or more of the key systems supported by the team (SAP, Salesforce, Fiori, BI). Be a key reference point on this system and provide guidance to the other team members.
- Work on having a smooth handover with the Small/Medium teams. Assist to the knowledge transfers to evaluate the sustainability of the solution from a support perspective.
