We are currently seeking individuals to join our team starting May 2024, coinciding with the release of our beta software version. Initially, our focus will be on Taekwondo-specific schools, with plans to expand into the broader martial arts industry. Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our web-based software to martial arts schools throughout the United States. This role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Fluency in both Korean and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation:

• Prospect and identify potential martial arts schools as target customers.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Provide software training session or help customer navigate the software if needed.

- Marketing Support:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to showcase our software solutions.

- Customer Service and Support:

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our software.
• Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and promote customer retention.

- Language Proficiency:

• Utilize fluency in Korean and English to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking martial arts school owners and English-speaking customers across the United States.

- Remote Work Flexibility:

• After the initial training period, this role offers flexibility to work remotely from home while maintaining high levels of productivity and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and prospects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Korean and English.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with martial arts or fitness industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
