Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our web-based software to martial arts schools throughout the United States. This role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Fluency in both Korean and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Prospect and identify potential martial arts schools as target customers.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Provide software training session or help customer navigate the software if needed.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to showcase our software solutions.
- Customer Service and Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our software.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and promote customer retention.
- Language Proficiency:
- Utilize fluency in Korean and English to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking martial arts school owners and English-speaking customers across the United States.
- Remote Work Flexibility:
- After the initial training period, this role offers flexibility to work remotely from home while maintaining high levels of productivity and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and prospects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Korean and English.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with martial arts or fitness industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
