A Matawan, NJ based insurance broker/administrator is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing strategy, both digital and traditional. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, proficient communicator, and meticulous in detail, driving the marketing efforts to enhance our brand presence and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gauge customer trends, competitive landscape, and demographic insights.
- Collaborate with our team to generate innovative branding concepts, design promotional materials, and craft compelling advertising content.
- Identify and leverage effective marketing channels and media platforms for product promotion to our target audience.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics to refine strategies for enhanced outcomes.
- Develop and execute inventive marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights, presenting findings and strategies to management.
- Set clear marketing goals and utilize appropriate approaches to engage customers effectively.
- Support both outbound and inbound marketing efforts, showcasing expertise in traditional and digital advertising, content optimization, and development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading marketing initiatives.
- Solid background in market research, analytics, and understanding of the marketplace.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and platforms, with a keen eye for campaign management.
- Exceptional analytical, communication (both oral and written), and project management skills, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outputs.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Proven expertise in successful campaign design and execution.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Major Medical Plan, 401(k) with employer match, Generous PTO.
- Location: Must be able to commute to Matawan, NJ, 07747. This is a full-time in-person position.
