As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate B2B Sales and Marketing individual to spearhead our outreach to businesses, driving group enrollment.
Position Overview: You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to effectively promote our Online Training solutions to businesses, professional organizations, and government entities.
This role requires a blend of sales acumen, marketing savvy, and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, enabling us to deliver value and build lasting partnerships. A can-do attitude and flexibility to wear multiple hats is imperative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of B2B Sales and Marketing to achieve or exceed targets.
- Identify opportunities for targeted businesses in the professions we serve.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure our training offerings meet the evolving needs of the business market.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, social media, email marketing, etc. to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners to foster long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Monitor and report on Sales and Marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales and Marketing, ideally within the online education, training, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience driving performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
