BDC/Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for handling and managing all incoming phone calls, internet leads, Auto alert leads as well as Ford campaigns too, As well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). the BDC manager will strive to lead their team with motivation leadership and generate repeat business by leading by example plus reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources. The dealership is selling approximately 100 cars per month and has built a sales team of motivated leaders and the next goal is to go to 125 and then 150 cars per month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
- Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
- ensure each employee makes over 100 calls and or e mail each day.
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
- Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management
- handling service calls and dispatching them to the correct department. And handling Service call overflow.
Successful BDC/Internet sales professionals and Managers have come from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate has Prior Automotive BDC manager experience,, a hard working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service and a leader with a Positive attitude and is coachable.
- Previous BDC experience is required.
- Positive energetic attitude with no drama and a will to win and Lead.
- Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
- Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date
