PAY: WADE'S JEWELRY AND PAWN IS A VERY HIGH VOLUME PAWN SHOP. WE ARE TUSCALOOSA'S PREMIER PAWN LENDER. WE SEE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS MONTHLY. ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES ARE PAID EVERY MONDAY FOR THEIR PRIOR WEEK'S HOURLY WAGE , OVERTIME PAY, AND 2% COMMISSION OF ALL OF THE PRIOR WEEK'S CASH COLLECTED. DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, WE OFFER HOURLY WAGES FROM $13 DOLLARS PER HOUR UP TO $16 DOLLARS PER HOUR FOR BASE PAY. WITH THE CASH COLLECTED INCENTIVE PROGRAM WE OFFER, OUR EMPLOYEES HAVE UNLIMITED POTENTIAL TO EARN. IT'S VERY SIMPLE, THE MORE YOU PRODUCE, THE MORE YOU GET PAID WEEKLY. Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal team sales targets per week
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, forms, and correctly file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
