HII Mission Technologies is looking for an Operations Analyst Identity and Access Management.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Performs Identity and Access provisioning, authentication, and governance on AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud and on-premises solutions adhering to established guidelines. Analyzes and validates access needs; determines Identity and role ownership.
- Assists the configuration and implementation of Identity and Access systems and applications using AWS, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises IAM solutions.
- Develop and orchestrate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the client’s customer base to incorporate ICAM data sources.
- Contribute to the strategic road maps for the ICAM program.
- Conducts regular reviews on identity access authorization and data stores to discover and align attributes for application owners and developers.
- Troubleshoots and resolves operational problems within ICAM solutions that have resulted in multiple incidents within operations to understand root cause and resolve the issues. Serves as a point of escalation for more junior team members in their solution of Access Management requests or issues.
- Creates documentation, including interface specifications, procedures, future state processes, white papers, security risks, and technical assessments relevant to the identity, attribute, credential, and cyber lifecycle.
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for continuous improvement. Supports the implementation of changes to processes and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives.
- Knowledge of the DoD and DAF Enterprise ICAM and Zero Trust Architectures.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe, CI/CD and Waterfall Systems Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent communication (Oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to present and explain complex technical topics, problems, alternative solutions to others.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years’ experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Understanding of attribute management solutions, information security frameworks, incident management/response, security operations, and application security best practices
- Experience with IT and security team operations in complex technical environments
- Active Secret DoD clearance required
