Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue wholesale Real Estate opportunities in the local market.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct property research, analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from acquisition to closing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
- Sell properties from our private off-market inventory.
Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
