We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and help clients achieve their Real Estate goals.
Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with Real Estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
- Perform property management duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Real Estate law
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing paperwork and documentation
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: $103,647.00 - $118,412.00 per year
