Because of our growth, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative and Admin. As our Inside Sales Representative and Admin, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of our CRM data along with growing sales at MindsetGo. You will be responsible for updating the CRM, creating sales artifacts, leading discovery and information gathering calls with prospective clients, and ultimately increasing sales. As our Inside Sales Representative and Admin, you will play a crucial role in our growth story.

Responsibilities include:

● Administrative Responsibilities (40%)

o Facilitate workflows and manage project details within HubSpot: Creating contacts, tasks, deals, updating deals, and scheduling follow-up on all tasks and interactions.

o Proof and edit proposals and email templates to ensure 100% grammatical accuracy as well as proper organization and tone.

o Ensure information is stored correctly and shared with internal team members whom it may affect.

o Display assertiveness to ensure projects continue to move to completion and respectfully hold internal and external stakeholders accountable.

o Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.

o Generating sales reports for sales cycle management.

o Coordinating and note-taking weekly or bi-weekly sales meetings.

o Creating sales proposals and pre-sales appointment notes.

● Inside Sales (40%)

o Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, tell stories, influence people’s thoughts, feelings, and actions, upsell and cross-sell products.

o Monitor and respond to nurture campaigns within various channels to engage with customers and prospects.

o Make warm discovery calls with prospective clients using outbound lead generation techniques.

o Initiate telephone and email contact with new and existing contacts to nurture and grow channel and referral partners through the delivery of value-driven resources across different channels.

o Develop and expand relationships with channel partners.

o Provide clear information to customers regarding business offerings with a drive to educate understanding of our products and services.

o Maintain knowledge of services and industry trends; effectively map services to client/prospect pain points and needs.

o Capture our prospects and customer’s attention face-to-face, virtually, and in writing.

● Outside Sales Support (20%)

o Attend Trade Shows to build brand awareness and relationships with potential prospects.

o Meet with potential channel and referral partners to evaluate mutual benefits, partnership strategy, and implementation plan.

o Attending prospect and customer meetings.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

● Three to five years of related experience in administrative support.

● Three to five years of related experience in “farming” sales in a B2B sales environment.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of experience in a similar role.

● Alignment with the culture requirements mentioned above and a willingness to improve in those areas.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com or other project management software.

● Strong research and social media skill sets.

● Ability to communicate exceptionally well in writing, virtually, in person, and on the phone.

● Relentless in upholding standards and details when corresponding, reviewing materials, and following written directions to ensure nothing is missed.

● Ability to proactively manage many simultaneously ongoing tasks and projects.

● Possesses exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and ability to work independently, effectively managing time to meet multiple project deadlines.

● CRM Knowledge (HubSpot preferred)

● Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft teams.

Travel Requirements:

In this role, you will travel approximately 15-20% of the time primarily within the New England region with occasional travel within the domestic US.
