We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with DBA experience to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our Salesforce instance efficiently supports our business needs and drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Develop and implement Salesforce customizations, workflows, and automation processes
- Configure and maintain integrations with other systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement new Salesforce solutions
- Document processes and procedures
- Train and support users on Salesforce functionality
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Proven experience in user management, configuration, and automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core objects and functionalities
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
Location This position is based out of the home office in Agawam, Massachusetts, reporting into the Agawam office at 60% time.
