Position Overview:
As a Rod Pump Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by fostering strong client relationships and promoting our cutting-edge Rod Pump solutions. Your expertise in account management and sales will be essential as you engage with key decision-makers, including work over rigs, production foremen, superintendents, and more. This is an opportunity to contribute to our success while enjoying a competitive base salary and a rewarding commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the oil and gas industry, including work over rigs, production foremen, superintendents, etc.
- Leverage your technical understanding of Rod Pumps and sucker rods to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from initial contact through post-sale support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the artificial lift business
- Proven track record in account management and successful sales to work over rigs, production foremen, superintendents, etc.
- Strong technical understanding of Rod Pumps and sucker rods, allowing you to speak confidently about product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven
