Rotech Pumps & Systems Inc is a manufacturer of various types of Industrial Pumps, with locations globally is seeking Candidates for Sales Managers. Rotech is quickly becoming a leader in the Pump and fluid service Industry.
This role will be distribution based on region, and will require travel within the area you are designated for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving sales of pumps, mechanical seals, and other products to various industries / Applications, such as water, wastewater, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries.
- Responsibility will also include aggressively and profitably growing Rotech's market share across all specified product lines and inside the specified industries.
- Source new clients, conduct sales and cold calls follow up on leads and referrals to present product solutions and increase sales in the assigned industry.
- Coordinate with product experts to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manages assigned sales territory within Company pricing guidelines.
- Coordinates all related activities in sales territory. Provides feedback to other departments as required.
- Responsible for getting Rotech products specified with consulting engineers and communicating the Rotech value proposition to engineers, contractors, and owners.
- Responsible to assist in establishing goals and objectives for the Sales group.
- Produces weekly market activity reports and updates activities on CRM.
- Willing to travel and meets the goal.
- Maintains all departmental policies and procedures. Resolves disputes in a timely manner.
- Responsibilities include obtaining satisfactory customer contracts and ensuring accurate contracts verification and order processing
- Measures and reports daily/quarterly/annual reports as required by management.
- Maintains customer and competitor records and participates in Sales Planning Sessions.
- Interacts with Company marketing operatives to provide feedback on initiatives.
- Analyzes and reports customer feedback for continuous market share improvement.
Role Requirement
- Minimum 5 years experience in industry-related direct sales preferably the Similar Pump Industry.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- PC literate, and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear well-thought-out recommendations.
- Strong, team-oriented leadership skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
- Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
