Aftermarket Sales Manager, NCI & Marine

Nikkiso Cryogenic Services (NCS) is the essential service arm of Nikkisos Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group. We have long been recognized as the leading service provider for cryogenic equipment and in addition to Nikkiso products, offer a wide variety of services for pumps and turbo expanders manufactured by other companies. All our services are designed to improve the safety of our products and to support industries in successfully enhancing quality of life. Through our 18 global service facilities we service the industrial gas and air separation industries, enhanced oil recovery operations, marine, and clean energy and alternative fuels projects.
Position Summary
The Aftermarket (AMS) Sales Manager for NCI (Engineered Pumps) and Marine in the USA, works with the AMS Sales Manager, North America, to create and execute a business development plan for their territory. The position is responsible for promoting and selling all NCS aftermarket products to customers and negotiating profitable contracts. The AMS Sales Manager is keenly focused on customer relationships, maintaining growing the customer base.
Essential Functions
- Work with the AMS Manager, Sales North America to create a business development plan.
- Provide and achieve targets to grow the Service Business unit to maximize volume and profitability.
- Promote and sell the NCS aftermarket products: service agreements, repairs, field services and upgrades as offered to all existing and new customers.
- Maintain and grow the service contract business for all product groups of the CE&IG Group in the assigned sales territory.
- Evaluate needs and negotiate contracts directly with key accounts or indirectly with third party service providers subject to designation of authority.
- Perform effective oral and written negotiations with customers, suppliers, partner companies, and internal departments.
- Develop existing relationships and build new customer relationships, ensuring Nikkiso is seen as a long-term business partner.
- Aid prime sales by maintaining and developing effective, working customer relationships via valued service products.
- Promote Customer Focus throughout the company.
- Assist with QMS requirements in areas of responsibility for conformance with international requirements and state and federal regulations.
- Work with Product Managers to stay current on changes.
- Develop proposals for Aftermarket Sales campaigns for specific service products and markets/customers and align campaigns with the Product Managers and others as needed before execution.
- Perform documentation of activities in the Salesforce CRM system.

Education and Experience
- 2-5 years sales experience, preferably with Aftermarket Sales in the industrial manufacturing industry
- Bachelors degree
- Current valid driving license
