Our client, a manufacturer and service provider of oil field goods in the petroleum sector, is seeking a Chemical Injection Pump Sales role to join their team in Houston or Midland, TX.

Job Description
- Develops and executes sales plans to support the strategic sales growth objectives
- Deliver annual, quarterly and monthly sales
- Develop relationships with internal sales teams, leverage relationships and promote Chemical Injection Pumps and drive sales
- Create sales plan, identifies prospects and customers, prioritize stages of sales and drive results
- Work with Director of Sales and team and to identify marketing opportunities where applicable
- Perform market assessments, competitor analyses, pricing strategies and execute plans
- Meet with internal and external stakeholders to regularly to ensure that sales and client objectives are met
- Provide product training at the field and corporate levels for all customer types when necessary
- Schedule customer meetings, conduct sales presentations to promote, sell, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage assigned accounts, develop new accounts, and repeat business opportunities to meet the revenue goals
- Develop and maintain customers relationships for new and/or repeat business
- Deliver periodic sales activity reports and sales forecasts
- Attend conventions, seminars and tradeshows as needed
- Provide customers with technical support and expertise
- Oversee individual contribution sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies that will deliver incremental and repeat business
- Identify, qualify and convert new customer sales opportunities that will contribute to company revenue
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and ethical behavior with internal and external stakeholders
Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical sales role or outside sales of oil and gas Chemical Injection Pumps
- Must have sales experience in Chemical Injection Pumps and book of business
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong technical expertise in oil and gas Chemical Injections pumps
- Ability to negotiate contracts and multi-task
- Communicate with customers at all levels
- Formulate sales reports
- Develop relationships with company and customer contacts
- Flexible schedule with 50% - 75% travel between Houston and Midland
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, mechanical engineering or related field preferred
Additional Requirements
- Wllingness to travel up to 50-75% in the specified sales territory
- Work location Houston or Midland
Pay Rate/Salary
- Starting at $80,000 annually
