Work Schedule: Full-time MO-FR, 40 hours per week, day shift

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and managing nursing care plans.
- Evaluate current and future medical needs of patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
- Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC) required; CCM or ACM certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Case Management, Utilization Review, or related field; hospital or community-based experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
