Royal Health Group is looking for a motivated, passionate MDS Coordinator/Case Manager to join their team in Braintree!
ABOUT US:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates weekly skilled Medicare meetings and provides clear communication regarding skilled coverage criteria
- Transmits MDS to CMS and follows up to validate any errors or messages revealed on final validation reports
- Completes all resident Interviews and PPS MDS assessments within regulatory time frames including CAAs
- Drives the development of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan and updates subsequent MDS Assessment
- Participates and reviews invoices as indicated for skilled patients under consolidated billing
- Maintains a current PPS schedule while setting all PPS MDS ARDs within time frames in the MDS software program
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current RN or LPN license in MA with previous experience in MDS/PDPM
