SalaryBankers' Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional who wants to join our brand new product line which provides risk consulting services through our Risk Management Solutions team. This position is responsible for and/or will assist with new product rollout and development, implementation, delivery and management of new and existing Risk Management products and services. This position will provide support and consulting services to customer banks and Bankers' Bank with respect to Risk Management Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Product Development and Management
- Analyze the delivery and performance of existing Risk Management solutions and develop strategies to improve efficiencies
- Identify and develop marketing strategies
- Sales and Support
- Provide analytical support and consulting services to customers
- Develop support and consulting services
- Develop sales strategies and provide sales assistance
- Leadership and Management
- Assist in development of strategic plans for the division
- Develop and maintain relationships with product owners
- Develop division policies and procedures
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job. Ideal candidates will also have four or more years of banking experience.
