We are seeking an experienced individual to join our growing AuditBoard Risk Consulting team to deliver implementation, strategy, and assessment services to RSM’s AuditBoard clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations. This an entrepreneurial role that will be client/prospect facing as well as the central point of contact to AuditBoard regarding our implementation partnership.

Successful candidates will have experience leading teams of varying size, be capable of mentoring and developing junior staff and performing day to day managerial duties commensurate with the role. Candidates will have solid working knowledge of the SOX compliance lifecycle, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools, common business use cases, AuditBoard solutions; and experience leveraging this knowledge to benefit clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AuditBoard products using RSM Methodology

  • Refine implementation methodology and bring best practices to provide consistent, quality services as appropriate

  • Ensure completion of implementation tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, configurations, quality assurance, and project reviews

  • Guide clients and prospects in their evaluation of AuditBoard, providing information and demonstrations to help them assess fit for their business

  • Coordinate implementations with AuditBoard and the client

  • Establish relationships and reporting structure with AuditBoard over implementation services

  • Identify adjacent services throughout the implementation process

  • Build, lead and develop a core team of high performing implementers

  • Training implementers (project leads and data leads) on AuditBoard implementations

  • Ensure implementers meet the required training and certifications

  • Manage utilization, quality, and profitability of AuditBoard implementations

  • Train end users on AuditBoard functionality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, internal audit or related internal control positions

  • SOX/internal audit experience

  • GRC implementation experience

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Ability to attract, train, manage, and motivate staff

  • Ability to meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm

  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills

  • Strong internal drive and motivation for continuous improvement
