Responsibilities

• Manage 9 BCBAs and 12 Classrooms.
• Interview, Hire and build a team of school-based BCBAs
• Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction
• Create action plans to improve clinical operations.
• Own quality and outcomes, credentialing, and utilization KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as BCBA
• Some leadership or training experience as a BCBA
• Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred

Compensation

•           $100,000 - $1250,000 salary

•           Great Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
