Senior Oracle Cloud Risk Management & Compliance Principal Consultant

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Oracle Cloud RiskManagement & Compliance Principal Consultant to join our Global Cloud Practice. This is a full-time position and sit anywhere in the US or Canada. 

What You'll Do:

• Implement and refine Oracle Risk Management solutions with a focus on SoD and SOX compliance.
• Align system designs with COSO, COBIT, SOX, GDPR, NIST, and ISO27001 security frameworks.
  Survey, assess, and measure risks within Oracle Cloud ERP transactions and operations.
• Develop and enforce governance and control measures within the overarching enterprise risk framework.
  Draft, implement, and translate policies to Oracle Risk Cloud controls.
• Design, build, and validate Oracle Risk Cloud controls, including Detective & Process Controls across Access, Configuration, and Transactions.
• Establish requirements for Preventative Controls, conduct analysis, write controls across multiple modules, and generate reports and alerts.
• Create and administer Oracle Risk/GRC Advanced Access Controls (AAC) and Configuration Controls.
• Conduct SoD requirement assessments, simulations, and cross-platform risk and control analyses.
• Resolve SoD violations and manage the auditing and reporting of application configuration changes.
  Design Transaction Controls, set up sensors for duplicate payments, and controls for employee reimbursements, and create continuous audit automation systems.
• Focus on high-risk operational workflows like Procure to Pay and Expenses.
• Undertake Data Privacy and Security Analysis, establish rules for payroll and payment fraud detection within Oracle Risk/GRC Advanced HCM Controls.
• Assist in sales demos, pricing strategies, and RFP responses, showcasing the company's Oracle Risk Management expertise and solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in security or cyber Risk Management in a mid- to large-enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of SOX regulations, internal controls, audit processes, and SoD within the context of Oracle ERP systems.
• A track record of successful implementations, specifically addressing SoD and SOX compliance within Oracle Risk Management frameworks.
• Knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
  Relevant Oracle certifications and/or accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CISA) are highly desirable.
  Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC.

Good to have:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and its Risk Management modules.
• Familiarity with integrating broader GRC platforms with Oracle systems.
• A consulting background with proficiency in Oracle solutions and compliance management.
  Experience with other Oracle ERP financial modules is considered an asset
