Job Description
- Review and modify the existing Revenue Cycle partner’s processes to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system.
- Supervising the Revenue Cycle partner in various duties, such as account management, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing.
- Establish a process to monitor the reconciliation of cash posted by the Company’s Revenue Cycle Partner and cash deposited in the Company’s bank accounts.
- Efficiently managing patient complaints in respect of billing and collections.
- Correctly reviewing selected coding diagnoses and procedures.
- Oversee monthly Revenue Cycle closing processes, including reporting and account balancing.
- Assist in the establishment of Key Performance Indicators to guide the business.
- Review selected coding diagnoses and procedures to ensure proper compliance and enhance collections.
- Collaborate with other departments to assist in the establishment and review processes that influence the Revenue Cycle function.
- Collect and manage data by identifying trends and patterns.
- Ensure accurate data is collected for presenting in a way that assists the organization in making decision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must have a strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections with CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, coding and medical terminology. Experience with Out of Network Billing or Free-Standing Emergency Rooms.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Experience with Collaborate MD, Tableau, ePower Doc.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

- You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
