The Medical Record Technician II/ Birth Certificate Clerk is responsible for issuing/processing birth certificates and performing quantitative and qualitative review of the record for completeness.
- High school education / GED
- Minimum six (6) months prior experience in a clinical environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic mathematical alphabetizing skills.
- Good organizational skills. Demonstrates courteous manner in telephone and in person.
