Revenue Cycle Manager
Onsite in Sugarland, TX 77478 area
Salary range between $60,000-$110,000
Responsibilities:
· Oversee billing accuracy, compliance, and timely claims submissions.
· Supervise daily billing and collections ensuring activities are operating at standard levels.
· Develop processes for verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations.
· Analyze Revenue Cycle metrics and financial data for insights.
· Ensure compliance with regulations and payer policies.
· Train and mentor staff on billing procedures and compliance.
· Review ongoing processes and analyze data to initiate or recommend changes to increase revenue, decreasing loss.
· Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate payer contracts.
· Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
· Run and review A/R reports regularly, ensure balances are logged and collected timely and accurately, using aging reports.
· Implement quality assurance measures and conduct audits to mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of experience within Revenue Cycle responsibilities
· 3 or more years of experience in managing a team
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Bilingual in Spanish
· ENT experience is a plus!
· ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Coding and EMR knowledge (Required)
· Experienced in Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and Word
· Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and adaptable to adjust to rapid changes
· Ability to work individually and collaboratively, proactive in building teams
· Highly detailed and sense of urgency
· Strong customer service skills while being highly professional

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
