VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated and Bilingual Retention Specialist to join our team. The Retention Specialist will conduct forward and appropriate efforts to retain members requesting disenrollment. Some of your daily activities will include:

• Investigating and resolving member dissatisfaction issues
• Processing involuntary and voluntary disenrollment's in a timely and compliant manner
• Ensure compliance with contractual regulations, monitoring/tracking trends and documenting all communication with members, family, staff and providers.
• Participate in conferences with CMS/HRA and/or NYSDOH regarding retention team activities and accountability for compliance with regulations and contracts.

We would like to speak to those who have 2+ years of experience in a related healthcare environment. A Bachelor's degree and Bilingual - Spanish required. This is a hybrid role with onsite office visits.
