Triple B Billing is a medium sized full service medical billing company. We provide billing, collection, posting, statements, credentialing, verification, authorization, and consulting services. We have many clients and specialties providing qualified services to PA, NY, OH, WV, MI, FL, CA and TX medical offices. We are professional, agile and innovative.
We are currently looking for a qualified Medical POSTING Specialist to join our fast-paced company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately posting insurance payments both manually and automatically. Additionally, we are looking for someone with experience in a variety of medical fields including pain, chiropractic, physical therapy, or any combination of the above.
****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AUTO POSTING IN PRACTICEMATE/OFFICE ALLY SOFTWARE- DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE****
This is a remote position offering flexible work hours.
The job requires the candidate to possess the skill of identifying collections while posting and the capability to direct the collection to the appropriate resolution route.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post insurance payments both manually and automatically
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while demonstrating critical thinking skills
- Proactively identify and resolve posting issues
- Meet all deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
