Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience to everyone entering our facility.
• Manage the retail store, including sales of tech products like PCs, keyboards, mousepads, and more.
• Oversee the sale and service of a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks and energy drinks, while ensuring compliance with our liquor license regulations.
• Maintain the upkeep of the retail space, including day-to-day cleaning, stock auditing, and ordering.
• Facilitate the smooth operation of our esports arena, from organizing groups to setting up stations and troubleshooting issues.
• Organize and coordinate esports tournaments and events, bringing together large groups of participants and attendees.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on esports games and the technical aspects of gaming systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Familiarity with esports games and event management.
• Technical skills related to gaming systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
