Responsibilities
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all products into the store point of sale system and will manage outgoing shipments as needed. The person in this position works directly with store Buyers to ensure that inventory is received and stocked in a timely manner. You will work with vendors to process returns and create return authorizations. In this role, you'll complete cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy as well as assist in stocking inventory on the sales floor. Qualifications

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong mathematical skills required
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and deadline driven
• Collaborative and customer-centric
• Willing to go above and beyond when needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and team
• Able to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments
• Prepare and process biweekly store transfers
• Manage store inventory and maintain accurate numbers
• Process UPC/SKU requests when needed
• Enter purchase orders
• Process returns from other Fleet Feet stores, E-Commerce orders/returns
  and defective product
• Monitor and manage special orders and holds
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions

Additional Requirements: Hours of work may vary based on company requirements, but are expected to average 15-25 hours per week. Work hours are flexible, with work generally completed 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekends may be required. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Position requires moderate to heavy (10-30+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
