REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Business administration or supply chain management concentration preferred. 3+ years of relevant work experience (inventory management) can be substituted for degree requirement. Good computer and communication skills are required. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug test.
Job Description:
- Responsible for ordering new work tools for Compact Construction Equipment Division of Stowers Machinery.
- Manage work tool inventory at all Stowers Machinery locations.
- Perform work tool inventory reconciliations weekly.
- Assign available work tools for “no charges” and manage outstanding “no charge” items.
- Assign available work tools to be included in sales rep’s machine deals.
- Quote stand alone work tool sales for sales reps.
- Process work tool invoices upon sale.
- Coordinate with parts and service departments to ensure all necessary components are acquired for the delivery and installation of work tools sold.
- Coordinate hauling and delivery of work tools to end user.
- Field incoming calls from internal customers regarding work tool availability.
- Serve as point of sale backup for customers interested in work tool purchases, both in person and over the phone.
- Serve as backup, as needed, for other functions within the CCE Division including but not limited to quoting, invoicing, and coordinating delivery or pickup of machine prime product sales.

- Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.

Physical Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment background check, and physical exam including a drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position.
- Able to lift 20-75 pounds occasionally.
