Our ideal Inventory Control Coordinator will:
Execute the day-to-day movements and adjustments of inventory, related to shipment, loading, and storage activities in the company. Comply with policies and procedures in planning activities that relate to Inventory Control in the organization. Keeps track of large amounts of inventory using computerized inventory systems, and ensures all items are appropriately received and stored.
In this role you will:
- Assist 3PL on root cause analysis for high dollar items to determinate the cause of the discrepancies. Coordinate with 3PL to document corrective actions.
- Prepares daily cycle counts for 3 warehouses and ensures cycle count SOP is followed. Validates variance reports and uploads are accurately executed in ERP system.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and inventory adjustments to appropriate Planning, Purchasing, or Customer Service contact to mitigate disruptions.
- Collaborate with supervisor on the preparation of the key performance indicators. Cycle count goals, Inventory report Accuracy (IRA), open discrepancies, and Book to Physical (BTP).
- Support in the reconciliation of the consignment inventory.
- Track shipping errors reported in E1, request cycle count and make necessary inventory adjustments related to the errors.
- Coordinate and reconcile transfer shipment error between warehouses in TN and CA
- Participate in the annual physical inventory for assigned warehouse.
- Perform receipt corrections/adjustments of direct ships and outside processing
- Verify and enter rework adjustments in E1
- Execution of the inventory adjustments in computerized system (ERP)
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and may perform other duties and responsibilities related to Inventory Control

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
- High school diploma or GED; Education above High School Preferred (two- or four-year degree).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Inventory Control
- Experience using ERP business software, with preference for Oracle/JD Edwards
- Intermediate level– Microsoft Excel
