SalaryA locally owned, growing emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire/smoke, mold remediation and trauma/crime scene clean-up, has openings for RestorationTechnicians. Responsibilities involve responding to emergency and non-emergency restoration calls, customer service, contracts, gathering moisture points and recording, demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad), water extraction and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.) and sanitation tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Clean, demo and sanitize post trauma/crime scenes
- Take damage assessments, and moisture readings
- Perform water extraction, remedial demolition and drying
- Clean smoke damage from affected structures and contents
- Chemical substance/drug cleanup & removal
- Medical Waste/Needle pickup and disposal
Requirements:
- Honest, trustworthy and hardworking; customer focused
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good physical health, with the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Able to work on-call, off-hours and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working with power tools
- Own a mobile phone
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable driving record with current drivers license
- Ability to pass a backgroud check
- Live within a 45 mile radius of our location
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using demolition tools
- Experience with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Experience in Restoration, Construction, and/or Biohazard Cleanup
