Lead - Advisor is a consulting and search firm specializing in wealth management. This role is for a client firm.
We are helping our client in Manhattan hire a Lead Financial Advisor.
Summary:
The Lead Advisor position provides a unique opportunity to establish and rapidly grow a wealth management practice, while leveraging Pioneer’s resources, experience, reputation, and existing relationships.
You will spend the first phase of the program building a foundation based on a “transfer of trust” where you will earn the trust of existing clients, who will count on you moving forward to guide them through their financial life. You will work closely with the Senior Lead Advisor, fine-tune your financial planning skills, and develop your personal style that will ultimately allow your practice to become your own.
You will be expected to immediately play a key role in creating and presenting financial plans for clients and new prospects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include time and resource management; delivery of financial planning solutions, staying current with product and service offerings, ongoing relationship building with your clients, and delivering the highest quality service to clients. Ancillary to the main goal is prospecting for new relationships. Your objective will be to no longer require the guidance of the Senior Lead Advisor, as soon as possible, and direct your time and energy into creating a thriving and continuously growing client base. You will be responsible for coordinating every aspect of the planning process, including managing internal relationships with your team members who will have specific roles in both client service and preparation. Open and detailed dialogue amongst other members of your team will be paramount.
